New Client Appointment Request Form

If you are a new client/haven’t visited us in over six months/aren't on a curated homecare routine, please fill out this form. We will respond via email within 24-48 hours with our availability. After selecting your preferred time, we will send you an invoice for your initial appointment.


To secure your time slot, all new clients/return clients must pay for their first appointment in full. This is only necessary for your initial visit. Please be aware that if the invoice remains unpaid after 24 hours, your appointment request will be canceled, and no booking will be made or secured.
